Richard Lucas Loaner Car Policy

A loaner vehicle is available to the registered owner of the vehicle brought in for service or repair and who is at least twenty-one years of age. A valid driver’s license, insurance card and credit card in the name of the owner is required to be offered a loaner vehicle. No other person is insured for the loaner vehicle and therefore not permitted to drive the loaner vehicle.

• All Courtesy Loaner / Rental vehicles have an EZ Pass Transponder associated with the vehicle's plate number. Using your EZ pass transponder is at your own risk. 
• As per your rental agreement, YOU are responsible for ALL toll, parking, or towing fees that occur during your loaner status agreement.
• The actual toll usage with your rental will be billed to your debit or credit card on file once the toll data is received from the toll authority within 6 weeks. An active credit card MUST be presented with your agreement. If, when billed, your card is declined, you will be charged a $25.00 service fee. 
• We reserve the right to charge your credit card on file for ALL violations you occur during your term agreement. A fee of $100.00 will also be added if violations occur outside of NJ EZ PASS TOLLS. (Proving an EZ-Pass account number is not an acceptable form of payment.)
• Please also be advised that our courtesy loaners are only authorized to travel within NJ, NY, CT, & Eastern PA
• NO SMOKING is allowed in any vehicle during your term. If the vehicle is determined to have a smoking order when you return, you will be responsible for a full detail fee of up to $250.00.
• The vehicle must be returned within 24 hours of the completion of service, or a rental fee of $56 per day after will be charged.
