Absolutely great experience. The salesman, Andres, wasn’t pushy, and they were reasonably priced. I recently felt with another dealer, and this was completely the opposite experience. I would recommend. After purchasing, they had a gentleman walk me through all of the features of my new car. I would say they make sure their customers are taken care of.

Shumar was very helpful and got us the exact car we wanted. He’s very courteous and caring about his customers.

Car was dropped off but not able to be serviced since no one checked the lock box in the am. Had to inconvenience myself to bring it back the following night. Still do not know why the problem I had occurred, neither did the service advisor. The usual great and simple service I had at this dealership was not experienced this time around.

Have been using dealerships Subaru for a number of years now. To date the level of service from service desk to caliber of technicians is exceptional. This service event was greater than initially expected for oil change but reviewing report recommendations seemed normal for 2019 vehicle with 46k miles. Your service team is very professional and I intend to remain a loyal customer.

I give this dealership an excellent review. I go there whenever I need a new vehicle. The friendliness and courtesy of everyone there is touching. Rocco was my salesman. What a riot we had with him. Meant that in the best way. Jack was our finance guy and he was extremely helpful with working the numbers to get me a payment I could afford. Vinnie was the guy to explain how everything worked. His patience with me came from God Himself. Even the workers there that wasn't part of my sale were so friendly and nice. These men are a true asset to this this dealership. I always say when it's not broken don't try to fix it. This is the place I will always go to when I need a new vehicle.
