Please stay away from them as they are big cheaters. They display a price on the internet to lure you and then they added thousand of dollars as markup on top of it. I asked specifically about any addition cost and fees, before I picked by wife and drove 1 hour to go look the Bolt EV. The sticker on the window clearly had the same price as the internet. We looked at the car , and fell in love with it and they never said anything about additional markup at that time. But once we sat down, they dropped the bomb on us and broke our heart. Its ok to make money but please don't play with people sentiments and waste their time and energy. I am very upset and want to let everyone know that they should stay away from these cheaters. My sales guys were Scott Browne, who called me to the dealership and Vincent (Vinny) Francis, who was the actual salesman who showed the car.

it was a nightmare for me bought a used car from these people Girls ( yasmin ) sold me the car is a useless person, in my experience don’t even know why she got hired been waiting for my title phoned 4 times asked Yasmin to help me & she didn’t not do anything I suppose she doesn’t even know what to do phones on 7/29 as my my temp tag runs out in few days & I was told my title is in the dealership where I was told by Yasmin I will receive it in 3 weeks @ my registered address no one phoned me to inform its @ the dealership where I am checking my post box every morning been a frustrating experience for me they made me sign the paper that I am buying the car with warranty After buying the car I had to spend nearby 2k to fix the car & I was charged $950 Documents fees which is a rip off I feel it’s a day light robbery once they get paid they don’t care I feel if they charge Document fee they should help customers for documents like title etc

My family and I went to Richard Lucas knowing exactly what we wanted but was unsure how to make a very old car and trade in work with a loam still on it. Shemar went out of his way to make this happen for us and kept the payments right where we needed. We at first thought our only option was a lease but we bought out 2024 malibu rs. Shemar was so sweet with my little boy who is 3 but will be 4 in Augusta. He would talk with him, play with him, got him lollipops and kept him calk through the last steps of the financial stuff. I can't thank Shumar enough we were lucky we caught him as he was just going to leave for the day. He wasn't pushy, very honest and upfront. Thank you Shumar for helping our family.

Our experience could not have been any better from the moment my husband and I walked in to the showroom to the moment we drove off in my new car. The title on Daniel’s table reads “worlds okayest employee” which I guess definitely needs to be revamped :) No pushing for deal, no crazy negotiations, transparency at its best. Daniel did not even once made me feel that he is working for selling but rather he was working to solve the problem I was having in my daily commute. Thank you Daniel and good luck! Highly recommend visiting them if you are looking out for new Chevrolet cars or any used cars. Please ask for Daniel or Rocco! And experience a different car buying experience.
